- We offer FREE postage on regular-priced orders and gift-card purchases over €69 to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- For orders less than €69 or for sale reduced goods which are reduced by 50% or more, we charge €5.50 for postage.
- U.K. (including Channel Islands) we charge €5.50 postage for all purchases. To post heavy items there is a charge of €15.00.

- We are delighted to offer our customers a complimentary Click and Collect service instore. Click and Collect orders can be collected instore and will be available two hours after placing your order during store opening hours - Monday - Saturday 9.30am - 6.00pm.

The Returns and Exchange Policy described below only applies to online purchases made through our website or via the telephone. We offer the right to cancel and refund your order when sent back or returned in person in-store without undue delay and not later than 14 days from when you informed us of the decision to return.
