One fashion trend that is on everyone's minds this Autumn/Winter Season is Sustainability, and how we can all be more aware of our personal impact on the environment when shopping. We are delighted to announce that during our Autumn/Winter 2019 Fashion Festival, to launch the New Season, we will be hosting a 'Together We Recycle' Event with Triumph Lingerie.
Triumph has partnered with TEXAID to collect unwanted bras from customers, making it as easy as possible to dispose of lingerie in a more sustainable manner. Together, we want to support the transition towards a more sustainable textile industry, while making it both rewarding and convenient for YOU to give used bras a new life. This in turn minimizes waste, and reduces consumption of valuable natural resources.
TEXAID is one of Europe’s leading organizations for the ecological collection, sorting and recycling of used textiles. The company employs innovative processes, professional collection logistics and state-of-the-art sorting to always offer high-quality services and products. TEXAID combines economy and ecology to ensure that used textiles are kept in the value chain for as long as possible.
In exchange for dropping your bra in store at our Recycling Station in our Lingerie Department (any brand is accepted) over the course of our Fashion Festival Weekend taking place from Thursday 12th - Saturday 14th of September, you will receive a €10 discount to be used on any new Triumph bra in store. We are delighted to partner with Triumph for this event as part of our 'We Care' Campaign here in McElhinneys.
