We are starting with our Lingerie department, where our expert team provides a range of services free of charge!
We offer free bra fitting with a walk-in service for standard fittings, which are available during normal working hours (Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 6pm).
For those with specific concerns and those who have undergone mastectomy surgery, we also offer one-on-one appointments with our trained mastectomy specialist.
Customers who have undergone mastectomy surgery can claim two free post-mastectomy bras per year and a prosthesis every two years.
Those who have undergone mastectomy surgery can also claim a free swimsuit per year, which is a new entitlement since 2025.
We are delighted to offer this service to our customers, and it is now available to both medical card holders and non-medical card holders.
To book in with our specialists and claim their free mastectomy bras and swimsuit, customers will need to get a prescription from their doctor.
Once this has been obtained, customers can call our Lingerie team on (074)913 1217 to arrange an appointment with our specialist. We will then contact the HSE to confirm your details before scheduling your appointment.
We are delighted to be one of the only retailers offering this specialist service in the Northwest region of Ireland and to be able to give back to those who need this support.
Please note: This post-mastectomy scheme varies depending on where you live. Your breast care nurse or medical social worker can advise you about this entitlement.
