Adaptive clothing is all about creating functional and practical pieces for those with disabilities and additional needs.
At McElhinneys we are keen to showcase the very best Donegal has to offer, and with that in mind we have recently launched a partnership with local brand ADAPTAFASHION to showcase some of their products in-store.
Each of ADAPTAFASHION products are adapted with either velcro, magnets or snappers to allow for easier dressing and undressing.
These clothing adaptions are designed to help those with disabilities and additional needs including stroke patients, wheelchair users, those with arthritis, MS, Parkinson’s, and Dementia.
Inclusivity is a vital part of what ADAPTAFASHION is about, and their products can be worn by all.
